Data Privacy

We do not store or share any of the content you create with this application. We do not collect or store any facial data, sensitive information, or any personal data related to authentication.

User Privacy

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We do not store, collect, or distribute any personal information (such as name, address, debit or credit card information, or bank details) through this app. This means we do not collect any kind of personal information transmitted through our network.

Children's Privacy

You must be 13 years of age or older in order to use the App. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.

App's Content Storage

We use Firebase by Google to store the contents of the App. We can update the contents on a regular basis from the server storage. All data stored through Firebase is done securely and in compliance with relevant privacy laws.

Information We Automatically Collect

Device Information

We may collect information about your mobile device, including its model, operating system type and version, unique identifiers, language, mobile network information, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you accessed the Service. This data is collected for the purpose of improving the user experience.

Analytical Data

We may use third-party analytics tools, such as Firebase by Google for A/B testing, and Crashlytics & Answers by Fabric for capturing crash reports and tracking retention. For example, we may record the frequency and scope of your use of the Service, the duration of your sessions, and the interactions you make with the Service’s interface, etc.

Sensitive Content Detection and Reporting

Our application includes a sensitive content detection feature designed to identify and block inappropriate or harmful content. If you discover or generate any content that you believe violates our guidelines or contains sensitive material, please report it to us immediately.

Prohibited Content Policy

Our application strictly prohibits the generation, upload, or sharing of content classified as Not Safe For Work (NSFW), including but not limited to explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material. Any attempts to create or share such content may result in restrictions on the use of the app, reporting to relevant authorities, and other actions as deemed necessary.

Video Generation Feature

Restrictions on Use of Well-Known Public Figures
You are strictly prohibited from using the video generation feature to create videos depicting, imitating, or otherwise representing well-known public figures (such as political figures, celebrities, or individuals with significant public profiles) without appropriate authorization. Attempts to do so may result in immediate restrictions on your use of this feature and any additional measures the Developers of Quirks AI deem necessary.
Prohibition on Sexual and Violent Content
You may not use the video generation feature to create, upload, or share content involving explicit sexual acts, extreme violence, or material that may be deemed offensive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes any nudity, pornography, graphic violence, or other content that violates applicable laws, community standards, or public morality.
In-App Reporting Mechanism
To reinforce a safer environment, we have added a dedicated "Report" function within the video generation interface. If you encounter or generate content that you believe to be in violation of this Policy—such as unauthorized depictions of well-known public figures, sexual or violent content, or any other prohibited material—you are encouraged to report it through the built-in feature. When reporting:
- Provide any relevant information or context about the content in question.
- Our team will promptly review the report and take appropriate actions, which may include removing content, suspending user access, or reporting the issue to law enforcement if necessary.
User Responsibility
By using the video generation feature, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the content you create. You must ensure compliance with this Policy, as well as with any applicable laws and regulations. The Developers of Quirks AI assume no liability for any misuse of this feature by users.
Enforcement
Violations of the above terms may lead to restrictions on your use of the App, immediate suspension of your account, and any other lawful actions deemed appropriate by the Developers of Quirks AI. We reserve the right to take steps we believe are necessary to protect the rights, safety, and well-being of our users, partners, the public, or ourselves.
